We not only find you the perfect assistant but we will make sure the assistant has enough support and guidance where needed to ensure they are delivering to your needs. If one VA falls sick and is an unable to work , we don't just “leave you hanging” like other outsourcing services do, we ensure there is a backup and processes in place so someone else can jump in and let your business carry on 

What is your recruitment process?

The Process is very similar to recruiting onshore, we need a project or role summary (including key skills, attributes and experiences) to start our search and then we will work to find you your perfect assistant. Talentboat will review our current talent pool in the Philippines and India. We will post ads and do screening tasks if needed and then we’ll shortlist the best for an interview with you.

You have the option to conduct the final interview. For whatever reason if a candidate doesn’t work out, we’ll do the hard work of exiting them and replacing them with a more suitable candidate.

Can I set up a Team ?

Yes, you can set up a team with Talentboat, the timeline may be a little longer (average 2-4 weeks) depending on the team size and skills you require.  It takes Talentboat time to find and vet people if the required skills are not easily accessible in our talent pool.

Can VA’s work part time hours?

Yes, we can help you outsource part-time assistants for your business or specific project. Please let us know how many hours you need and for what period and we will be happy to review your needs.
